Heath clarified that despite this funding initiative and ICM UK's existing development partnership with Catch 23 (currently remaking the television thriller "Edge of Darkness" with Martin Campbell directing), he remains committed to maintaining clear boundaries between agency and production activities.

"In Britain, broadcasters maintain their dominant position, and I expect that to continue."
